Austin Adventure Team Cycling Club
Who Are We?
We are a club that supports riders of every level, road or mountain, racers or recreational, beginner or advanced. Let’s pool our passion for cycling and make great things happen.
What Do We Do?
- We organize groups of people with a passion for Adventure and the all mighty bicycle.
- We provide the opportunity for you to make new cycling friends.
- We supply a cheering section at major events.
- We hold bike repair clinics so you can learn to fix your own so the lines are not so long when I take mine in for repair.
- We will push you down a hill with no brakes so you can learn to lay off them.
- We will help you paint your bike to look like a zebra.
- We will make you ride a Huffy so that you can learn that it is not about your skills, it is all about the bike.
- We can teach you how to start a sentence with “we” 7 times in a row.
- Hell, we just want to have a good time!
What Do We Want To Become?
The possibilities are endless. The more members we have the more fun we can have. We are thinking about club travel to attend events and just for fun trips. Holding our own charity event could be a good thing. We could even lobby for new bike roads and trails. Let’s get paid to ride our bikes! Wait, is that possible?
How Do I Become a Member?
Well, it’s pretty dang easy. Just buy a $50 Austin Adventure Team Cycling Jersey and you’re in. As you may already know, this is an incredible deal because bike jerseys are rarely $50. You pay what we pay. We are always taking orders because we only get the price if we buy 10 or more.
How Can I Order?
Contact Ty Roberts or Sally Nicely. You’ll also want sign up for club membership.

Sally moved to Austin from Maryland in 2008. “From the first day I knew that Austin and I were soul mates.” From the diverse culture and nightlife of the city to the serene and laid back feel of the Hill Country, Sally is certain she can find you a home that fits your lifestyle perfectly.
A Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, Ty moved to Austin 15 years ago and fell in love with this creative, energetic and diverse city. The atmosphere, outdoor lifestyle and strong economy proved the ideal location for him to pursue both his work and passion for mountain biking.
